Employee Benefits Account Manager needed - Greater Chicago, IL Area

Our client, a 5M revenue 30 person insurance agency in the Chicago suburbs is looking to recruit a proven Employee Benefits Account Manager to their team in 2015. This opening is due to growth and we are looking for a team player.

Founded – 1975

Full Service Agency – CL, PL, EB Financial Service/Retirement, LTC/Life, etc.

Accounts in 35 states

Greater Naperville, IL area

Position Profile:

Employee Benefits Account Manager

Will service 800k revenue book with 2 other team members

Accounts are small to middle market in nature and mainly fully insured.

Duties will include plan review, plan design, marketing/placement and client/carrier interaction.

Will work w/Production Team on new business opportunities.

Qualifications:

L&H License (IL)5+ years of independent agency experience in the EB Unit

Advisory and placement experience.

Client and Carrier relationship experience (going out to see both)

Solid verbal, written and automation skills

Compensation:

Salary – TBD based on experienceBonusCompany benefit plan
