Benefits Analyst Lead THG 80381 job in Houston

Serve as the technical expert by providing customer service and supporting the producers in a large group benefit role. You will be responsible for servicing and retaining clients in self-funding, large markets and Public Enties.

Duties include working with team to determine bid and renewal strategies, determine benefit need, design, trend analysis, group demographics and employee census. Prepare RFPs, analyze market proposals , historical data and review all for accuracy.

To qualify for this role, you will need to be extremely organized, have excellent Excel and customer service skills, have a Texas insurance license and have prior broker experience.
