Sr. Account Executive – Top 20 National Broker

Our client, a top 20 National Broker is seeking a Sr. Account Executive with extensive risk management experience. Needs to be a self-starter to service Middle and Large Market accounts.

Position Outline:

• Directly contributes to key business outcomes such as client retention, client satisfaction, enhancing value to clients and prospects.
• Successfully and profitably manages an assigned group of Middle and Large Market accounts.
• Builds and solidifies relationships with existing clients.
• In partnership with the Production team, takes a leadership role in the renewal process.
• Secures existing business and drives the sale of additional services and lines of coverage.
• Cultivates relationships with the buyer in the client organization as well as with day-to-day client representatives and buyers.

Qualifications:

• At least 5+ years Commercial Lines Account Executive
• Experience with Large and Middle Market accounts preferred
• P&C license a must
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

Salary range $90 - $110k plus great benefits package.
