Highly rated national PEO is seeking a Group Benefits Center Supervisor to direct the activities of 4 Client Service Associates. Designate workload, manage operations, ensure client satisfaction as well as deal with escalated service issues; train and mentor new and existing associates, and be seen as a leader with a passion for excellence. This position requires 3-5 years of experience in employee benefits with 1-2 years team leadership/supervisory, knowledge of Health and Welfare plans, Section 125, HIPAA, COBRA, have a 215 license or be willing to get one within a year, and experience working in a fast-paced environment.
