Growing Sarasota county independent insurance agency is looking to hire a Personal Lines Account Manager to service a high value homeowner’s book of business. Duties will include servicing new and existing clients including assisting producers in writing new business, processing renewals, and in general providing all customer service needs from A to Z. The successful candidate will be expected to identify account rounding, cross selling and upselling opportunities. Commission paid on new business personally generated. My client wants an energetic customer focused candidates with excellent written and verbal communication skills. To qualify they must have a valid FL insurance license (220 preferred), with 2 yrs. applicable independent agency experience working with Florida markets. Exposure in working with high net worth customers is preferred. Prefer candidates with a good working knowledge of AMS 360 agency management system.
