Position will have responsibility of drafting, and filing group stop loss policies and related forms. Work with various home office operating areas and TPAs/MGAs to ensure operational compliance. Review new state and federal regulation/ legislation and determine effective compliance, if required. Serve as subject matter expert to operating areas. Participate in special projects and task forces, as required.
