Senior Client Executive - Workers Compensation Claims

Nashville, TN

Our client is an A+ rated (Superior) Insurance Carrier located in Nashville, TN. They write mono-line workers compensation products and offer a high-level of service to their clients.  As a Client Executive, you are responsible for maintaining that level of service and assisting clients with any needs, questions or issues they may have.  

In this role, you will act as the liaison between the client and all other involved departments - underwriting, loss control, claims, etc.  You will be their single point of contact and ensure that any issues are resolved quickly and to the clients satisfaction.  

To be qualified, you should have experience with workers compensation products and the ability to provide exceptional client service.  A solid understanding of the claim-handling process is also required - as a Senior Adjuster, Claims Supervisor, Claims Manager, etc.  You may also have a background in Risk Management from a client's perspective.
