Top Dallas retail agency is seeking an experienced claims representative. Position involves functioning as liaison between carrier claim reps and agency customers to insure timely and professional service when a customer's claim is filed. Monitor claims until file is closed. Claims are a combination of commercial and personal lines, property and casualty. To qualify you need 2-5+ years experience providing excellent claims service, knowledge of multiple lines of coverage, ability to work with people at all levels in a team environment.
