Fast paced and growing SW Florida independent agency is looking to hire a Personal Lines Account Manager. Duties will include servicing new and existing clients including, processing new and renewal business, and in general providing all customer service needs from A to Z for an assigned book of business. In addition to account sales and service, Account Manager will be expected identify account rounding, cross sells and upselling opportunities. My client wants an energetic customer focused candidates with excellent written and verbal communication skills. To qualify candidates must have a valid agent’s license, 2-20 preferred, and at least 3 yrs. applicable Florida market knowledge and experience servicing personal lines accounts. Experience with Applied TAM will be a plus.
