Oversees and supports the operation of a 60 person office in Dallas including some limited human resource functions. Supports the Director and the management team as necessary with reports, travel, special events and other activities. Address local operations and human resource needs for all local staff members. Assists in the recruiting of new employees; Coordination of new employee orientationTracking and scheduling of employee performance evaluations for Program Director;Point of contact and coordinator of internal education, documentation and tracking of employee attendance records;Assisting Program Director on employee confidential matters. Manages the daily administrative functions of the Dallas office; Handles supplies and needs of the physical facility;Interfaces with IT as necessary to assure technology is operating properly;Oversees housekeeping items as necessary;miscellaneous accounting functions:, following up on receivables, miscellaneous check handling;tracking of business expenditures;Coordination of expense accounts, handling check requests; Facilitates employee functions and meetings and special event planning. Supports the Program Director with various reports and tracking needs; Coordinates travel and entertainment needs for the management team; Functions as an Executive Assistant to support the Program Director in implementing and monitoring workplace procedures; Assists in preparing budgets, presentations, planning details, meetings, conference calls; Other duties as required REQUIREMENTS Bachelors Degree preferred. Two Years in an Executive support/office manager role; Strong organizational skills and attention to details; Ability to meet deadlines; Proven capability of handling confidential information in a professional manner; Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
