Personal Lines Account Manager; Orlando, FL job in Orlando, FL

Growing Orlando area independent insurance agency is looking to hire a Personal Lines Account Manager & Team Leader. They are seeking someone capable of building out and leading a personal lines department. Duties will include servicing new and existing clients including, writing new business, processing renewals, and in general providing all customer service needs from A to Z. In addition to account sales and service, the successful candidate will spend time marketing and networking and will work with commercial teams to identify cross selling opportunities. My client wants an energetic customer focused candidate with excellent written and verbal communication skills. To qualify they must have a valid insurance 220 license, 3 yrs. applicable Florida market knowledge and experience servicing personal lines accounts. Supervisory experience or the ability and desire to train and mentor support staff is a plus. Should have good working knowledge of AMS 360 agency management system.
