Growing national wholesale brokerage has a fantastic opportunity for a motivated 3-5+ year Associate Broker. You will serve as the “bridge” b/w the Production Assistants and the Broker. Will assist the broker with marketing new and renewal business to underwriters, helping to meet and exceed client expectations. Gather loss summaries, prepare submissions & quotes, create presentations, negotiate with U/W's and service accounts. Must be effective in communicating coverage terms b/w clients and underwriters and above all, ensure that the policy delivered exceeds expectations. You will also initiate, maintain and enhance relationships with retailers & carriers. Coach and mentor production assistants. Must have license as per state requirements, 3-5+ years exp. Degree in Risk Management insurance is strongly preferred.
