Provide strategic actuarial leadership on decisions affecting valuation, experience studies, ALM, forecasting, stress testing, capital management, assumption setting, product pricing, risk management, and in-force management; lead the development of actuarial analyses for economic, statutory, and GAAP purposes, including reconciliation of results across reporting bases; develop processes and tools to organize data from databases, systems, and other sources to support financial initiatives.
