Commercial Account Manager job in Braintree

The position will provide commercial lines support in obtaining, maintaining, expanding, and servicing small size P&C accounts from 10k to 15k in premium size. A large majority of this business is transactional business and will be handled in a call center environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong customer service background and excellent written and verbal communication skills. Personal computer knowledge and experience such as MS Word, Excel, Outlook, etc. is required. Prior experience with AMS 360 is preferred. Licensed agent status for the State of Massachusetts.  Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university; or equivalent, and more than 2 years of commercial lines service experience in an agency or insurance company environment is required.
