Benefit Analyst for Top 10 National Broker -- San Diego

Large National Broker is searching for a candidate to join its San Diego, CA office to provide support to senior consultants in reviewing pricing and administration of health & welfare programs.

Primary responsibilities include:
- Prepare Request for Proposals (RFP)
- Prepare marketing and renewal analysis/presentations
- Prepare all technical reports including experience/utilization data
- Prepare Strategy Presentations
- Prepare financial modeling of employee benefits contributions
- Assist senior consultants to review client needs, recommend suitable approaches and help implement benefit program strategies

Candidate Qualifications:

-3-5 years related broker/consulting experience
-Demonstrated computer proficiency including Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook
-Proven organizational skills
-Demonstrated oral and written communication skills; ability to speak clearly and concisely, conveying complex or technical information in a manner that others can understand, as well as ability to understand and interpret complex information from others
